A for me. I do like how the stacked type creates the trunk of the tree. I like the use of the tree for your photo frame! My only suggestion might be to make the star just a bit smaller. Good luck!

I like the text in-line, in B, but I think you could move the family name down a smidge to take up more of the vertical space.

I like B. I think it's a more modern tree. A looks nice too though, but I would move the family name line way down so it feels like a separate element - maybe centered between the bottom of earth and the edge of the page.
