I like the simplicity of the design--I wouldn't change it. I would move the design up ever so slightly on the tshirt. It seems like it would sit better a little higher. :)

It would look cool if you put the TM minted logo in the end scribble as negative space.

This is a great idea! Maybe loosen up the scribbles at the right so it keeps the loose sketchy quality that the "minted" has? I think it's required to place the minted logo (unaltered) somewhere on the shirt as well.

Love your design ... but you need to include the logo per the guidelines.
