Jan I like the small caps the best! The font is a great old stand bye! Love the layered botanical elements!!

I prefer the softness the lower case brings in option B. I think it compliments the style of the print better! Very lovely.

Going with C...I love the type combination there and overall design. I would simplify the background to help making the small type more readable. Beautiful.

I chose C as well. This is lovely,such bold & bright colors. Have you tried going with the portrait orientation,I think it will suit your design more & then may be you could place your text vertically which will allow you to emphasize on your words more. I hope I make sense.

I would choose A. I like how "the beauty of youth" reads almost complete on it's own.

I love the lettering! I also like how you separated the bottom sentence with the lines.
