hmmm, i see what you mean! Try removing the dashes from the top and bottom and instead add a solid line border around it all. Maybe you can even try a gold foil border to make the blue pop. Also, what I seem always helps me when i'm in this phase is messing around with fonts. I love the hand written font on the artwork itself--don't change that at all. However, maybe the font on the bottom, where it has all the information?

I think san serifs would be a good font family
