I like the stronger feel of the piece with the blue background in C.

I like how the words are the main focus in B, and the background more faded.

I actually really love the ivory in B, but it's followed closely by C. Very fun!

Going with B, I think the two blue color combination works best...I would try a version with a lighter bkg and/or a solid white. Beautiful!
