Thank you, ladies! I appreciate it. Ellen - I loved the quote bubble too but I can't find a way to make it fit with the current design. It's too short and I just can't get it right. Bummer. What do you guys think of this latest version? I like how it frees up copy space at the bottom, but maybe it's too much on the banner. But it's fully customizable, which is nice (i.e. "Join us for a baby shower for Claire!"). Or, there's this version too... One of these may have to do before the Monday deadline. :)

Nevermind...i tried to attach another version in the comments and it didn't work...basically it was "Claire is ready to go!" on the banner above.

Like all your changes very much-one thing, the wavy banner looks like it's going to attack her belly. Consider changing it a bit?

I like your design, very cute! I thought the banner that almost looked like a cartoon bubble looked great too in your earlier design

I really like your illustration and concept but it feels stuffed with copy. I'd take the copy off the suitcase- maybe you go to a horizontal layout to give you more room?

Illustration is very nice. Overall feeling is maybe a little to "corporate". Consider changing the bag shape & color. I agree you could eliminate a lot of type.

thank you both so much! i hope to get some changes made this weekend, and may work on refreshing the colors as well. i completely agree with the briefcase/corporate issue, but i'm not sure how to fix it. maybe a tote or duffel bag? any suggestions on how to shorten up the copy? i'll try it as 5x7 as well.
