I voted for A - I really like this graphic. I think the design is better with some white space. I might however try silver foil since it's a B&W photo and silver tends to look better.

I prefer B. it matches the tone of the photo better overall. I might suggest given the scale of the design to slightly scale the photo back. To my eye it just seems the photo is too large for the awesome graphic you created. Hope that helps!
