Foil or no foil? I'm torn!

Love the sparkle of the foil but I might remove some of the hearts to let a little more white space shine through. I think you can also scale down the details text to a smaller size :)

Like the foil and agree with Leah that maybe reducing the hearts and making them more random would be a great thing to try.

A,love the foil & I too second Leah's comment. In addition,I would also try a lighter weight font for the birth details just so the overall design feels lighter,maybe a sans-serif,just try & see how it looks...

I voted for B. I do like A, but I think doing all the hearts the foil is too much with this design. I would pick some, but not all, of the hearts and do a select few in the foil as a highlight.
