Cute idea. The two shapes don't seem to go together to me though. I might change the bottom right to a rounded edge instead of the forked banner. I think they would tie together better.

i think that you could foil the "banner" and just leave the words ink on the bottom to tie it in with the foil on top.

I would keep the shape in which the copy is framed consistent!

I agree with, Ella. I don't think the shapes quite match up. It would be cute if the bottom right side was rounded and in gold like the top. You could also remove the shape and just have the text in white at the bottom. :)

I would put more emphasis on the bottom text. Maybe larger or bolder fonts. Love the idea of referencing video games! Perfect for guys!

I picked A - I like the simplicity of it - great for sending out to relatives and the like. Adding a party invitation feels more casual than the rest of the announcement seems to intend and would limit the use to only people expected to attend the event.
