Thank you all so much for your awesome feedback and comments. I had to make a bit of an overhaul to move further away from an already existing design but I'd love to hear what you guys think of the changes. I'm not loving it as much as before but I think with some more noodling I can get it there. Thoughts?

I picked B. The treatment in A feels fairly somewhat similar to an existing minted design - "Modern Letterbox" design. I think you've put your own unique spin on the idea but worry that Minted might decide the need for this general text layout is already filled. B feels more fresh an unique to me.

Really fun design! I picked the yellow but both are great. I love how it could work just as well for boys or girls.

I like A. I think the simpler text works better and that yellow pops really nicely against the bw. I would just flip the apostrophe to face the other direction.

I like A. The color in B feels a little spot on to me instead of contrasting.

I voted for A. And, I'd like to suggest that you rotate your apostrophe 180º.

I'm voting A because I think it would appeal to boys because it's a cool, clean design - girls would like it too though. I think you should move the 1 a little tiny closer to the 6 and the apostrophe needs to face the other direction. Nice!

I picked A - something about the whitespace on both sides make this design feel very sleek and streamlined to me.

Even though I love the color version, too, I think the black and white will work better for most photos - the year in color really pops off that way. Nice, classic approach!
