I've got two slightly different versions. The second includes a thin, white line. What do YOU think? Comments welcome!

I really like the watercolor and I would go with the thin white line. The Dream Home lettering is great! The only part I'm not positive about is the rest of the text. Maybe a sans serif that is a little more simple. Another idea, though probably more effort than you may be interested in, is to reverse the watercolor and white areas, I think the lettering, type and background in watercolor with a knocked out house might look neat.
