comments from Rick:

I figured on a clean, simple, multi-frame design that has some modern holiday colors and room to hand-write/sign the card. Sorry there are no zombies or anything, that's on hold until the non-photo contest.

This is a nice, clean way to showcase several family photos. I'm a sucker for robin's egg and brown, too. It's probably just me (since I tend to be very Type A), but your borders seem slightly off in several places. A minor detail at this point, I know, but I like this card and that's all I can come up with!

Very nice, clean, elegant design! I agree with Carrie about the borders, but other than that I love it! :)

Hey everyone! Thanks so much for the feedback. I'm a bit fuzzy on the whole borders thing, as when taking it from Illustrator to a pdf to photoshop (to make the submission image) the borders went from ok to off to okay again (at least on my screen). Any tips on conversions (or help as to where the borders are off? Thanks again!

I think the template for submission is slightly off of the size of piece, so when you scale it to the borders something will be cut off a bit. As long as your original work in Illustrator has an equal border of blue, you should be fine. Might note that however just so a customer knows you are aware of how it's showing here.

Thanks everyone for all the comments and helpful feedback! And yes, if the borders look off, it's the compression! The compression!
