I think A makes it feel a little more balanced

Though the "To:' field has a more classroom feel, Option B could be used for family mailings or the classroom.

i chose option B. I feel like the Love Grace part could go closer to the "be my valentine" and maybe play with a couple less hearts, or the hearts coming over into the left area. I feel like the left side is a little scrunched with the text is right now.

I like A with the blank space. I might suggest giving everything on the left a little more breathing room by moving the hearts to the right or even narrowing the photo a bit. Cute! Nice job.

I chose B, but it really depends on if you want this to be a classroom valentine or a mailed one. The "Love Grace" text seems a tad big, you could consider bumping it down in size to really let your other lettering shine.

I like B because it could be used with either classroom or mail. I don't usually put a "to" on classrooms cards for my kids, so I think it would be fine without. I do think the balance is off a bit. I would say either scatter a few more hearts over into the text area or pull them back into the photo.
