I chose B because I think the color pops a bit more when the arrows are larger.

I prefer the slightly larger scale - it stands out more to me. Love this print!

I usually tend to prefer the highest contrast possible, but with this particular design, my vote goes to B: it has a softer tone, which I think would go best in a children decor.
