Cute! You've got a lot of different fonts going on - I might try streamlining a bit?

I think the fonts are a little off. For me the Love and Air compete with each other. They also look a bit jagged, and I'm not sure if that's the size that you uploaded or the font. I think I'd play around with the fonts a little more and maybe edit down to just two?

"is in the" and "and it sure smells sweet" should probably be the same font... i get that youre doing "noses" and "smells" but i think you may want to try another version with eyes. it might be more endearing... the soul and love is in the eyes... i would also try another version of this card with one good photo... all those nostrils are a bit too much for me...

If you keep the bottom text as it is, I would stick to using one photo of the dog's whole face since it is rather busy with all 9 above it. I like the bottom left corner best... it looks like a puppy smile! If you keep the grid of photos, I would simplify the text. You could try a lowercase "a" in "air" and decrease the size just a bit, since the focus would be on the word "love" for Valentine's Day and make "is in the" lowercase to match the rest of the sentence. The dog/smelling idea is very cute!!

I read the word "Air" before "is in the" because of it's size and placement. I would play with the placement of the words so it is more readable.
