Love the color combo! And the multiply effect on the overlapping flowers is working really well.

Hi Aga! I chose B! The white background is subtle enough to make your flowers be the highlight of the pattern.

I like B best, the white background brightens up your elements.

Hi Aga, I do think the background color is a bit strong . . . only because some of your lovely flowers are also another shade of orange. Maybe you can try different tones of orange or may a completely different color in a poll. The other Minties would be glad to help you choose a flattering color for you cute flowers.

Hi Oma! Thank you so much! Yes, that´s what I feel myself about too strong background but prefer to ask for advice... I will probably make the orange lighter or the whole design more transparent... O maybe change the background for blue... I prefer sticking to these twoo colors, so this design can compose with my other two from the same set: "Butterflies" and "Ephemeral Butterflies" Once again thabnks a lot! It´s a great thing here, on Minted, the possibility to get a feedback from like-minded people! :)

I think the smaller flowers get lost in the background because of the lack of contrast. I like the orange, but maybe you could experiment with different colored outlines or colors with slightly more contrast.

I actually am drawn to the background! I do agree about the contrast, though. I might consider changing the lighter orange flowers to something else- light blue if you don't want to introduce another color.

Thank you Kati :) I have been busy with designing for the second challenge, but have to deal with this one as well, finally...

Hi Aga! Cute flowers, if you are unsure about the colour, maybe try some colourways in reduced chroma? Good luck !

Hi Aga, I love the pattern overall and agree about the contrast. Maybe the background could go a little more yellow less orange but not so much that you the yellow flowers get lost.

Hi Aga! I'm agree with you about the contrast. Actually I love this orange-blue match - it reminds me some beautiful retro patterns. That's why I think it is better to replace orange flowers with something else, maybe change their colors but leave the background color.

I think it is a touch strong, as it vibrates against your two darkest shades of blue. The hue is good (and the design is fun!)- I would adjust the transparency and look at it that way- or even overlay a slight texture, like a soft batik effect. Hmm- what if you swapped the rose from one of the flowers with the orange background color.....? Very good scatter-technique repeat!

The color scheme is very interesting and bold, I think it can work just fine. I actually have more of an issue with the white outlines around the flowers, there are so many lines close to one another that it makes the pattern appear fuzzy. It would be interesting to see this pattern without the white outlines.

Thank you all for such a great feedback! So now I have a few more versions of the same pattern, wondering if any of them better than the current one...
