I like D. The arrows add to the casualness (is that even a word - lol) of the typography. I like how C frames the type but it's too formal.

I would go with D, the arrows, it gives it just a little something extra. :)

I actually love the simplicity of A. The top & bottom ornaments seem to crowd the space a little.
