I like the concept, but feel that there is a little too much going on with the frame, flower and 2 type styles. I would try to minimize the amount of different elements and focus more on the "she said yes!" part of the design.

I second Simona's comments, including that this is a lovely start! The text also feels a little cramped to me, so I'd recommend trying increasing the tracking and leading of your typography. Can't wait to see how it turns out!
