I chose option B without the line. I think because you have the lines between the photos, it's a bit much to have it around the outside as well.

I picked B, have you tried putting the location within the circle as well. Playing around with that could be interesting... :)

I like the non-border option. It feels cleaner and less constrained. Nice work!

B. I think the simpler something can be while still getting the point across the better. I might even try to remove the blur border around the circle.
