White, grey or another color background?

I personally prefer the white background. It makes your instruments 'pop' in your pattern . . . but I do think you should maybe add some music notes to fill up some of the extra white space.

Thanks Oma! I thought about adding music notes to fill out the pattern a bit. Will give it a shot and resubmit.

Hi Heide! I also like more the white background. It might be improve the work if you change the hue of yellow. On my screen it seems a little bit brighter than other colors on the pattern.

The grey definitely makes the whole thing darker and just kind of dull. Having the colored instruments on a white background would certainly make them stand out more. Also I would suggest you try out a thicker line weight on your drawings, that could potentially make them much bolder and really pop.

I like the white as well. Also, does this pattern repeat at all within the dimensions? I see where part of it repeats, but not the whole thing. That might make it look a little more cohesive, and be more flexible overall.

Will change to white, thicken the lines and work on pattern repetition. Thank you everyone!!!
