Is there too much negative space in this one?

Maybe you could try a slightly different arrangement. The oysters on the bottom seem more naturally placed then the ones on top.

Hi Anna, I think there is and would recommend making the objects larger and closer together to eliminate the negative space. Love the oyster shapes and color!

I find the larger area of negative space at the lower left a bit distracting, but overall I like the spacing - gives the oysters room to breathe. Love your art!

I like the use of negative space, but I might also suggest trying to add some more contrast as far as size goes -- like making one much larger than the others -- to give the piece even more variety and visual interest. Great work!
