I explore a lot of places and find some cool things. Like this piano. I try to keep an image like this as is (minus going b&w). Is it to rough?

Both are great but I prefer the clarity in B. Option A seems to be more shadowy on the keys

It's a great image, not too rough. I really like it as is but I'm wondering if it would add anything by pulling out a bit more detail and brightening up the whites? Just a thought. Really great.

love this very nicely done especially how the light plays on the piano keys. Very nice dark and mysterious. Perfect for a feature wall in any layout.

This is a great image. I would suggest a slight bit more contrast to bump up the color in the keys.

I actually love the rough quality and moodiness of this. Good work!

This is great! I enjoy the roughness. It helps ignite the story.

Brendan, I really like this shot, the texture adds to the piece, but I think it is a little dark.

I really like the composition and the old feel to the image. It might help a bit to lighten it up a bit though.

Love shooting pianos. Nice capture of keys, light, tone and composition.

No, I don't think it's too rough, since that's what makes it more interesting. Great photo for b&w.

I have a similar much loved upright, though not quite as much wear. I think I agree with Laura, though, and feel it might be a little dark--I think if you bring the exposure up a half a stop (using your "digital darkroom") or just bring up the lights some we'd see a little more of the detail that gives the instrument it's character. I am a big fan of the moodiness in your BWs, so it might just be something to play around with and end up not changing.
