I have the design idea in my head but I am having a hard time conveying it out on paper. All suggestion welcome!

I can see what you're going for. A couple thoughts I had was to maybe pick a paper that doesn't have as many wrinkles, but still has the crumpled feeling. Not sure if you overlaid the coffee stain, but if so, maybe duplicate it and multiply it to the background so it's a little darker and has more shadows to it. The name I'm thinking should be a little more handwritten and maybe in the bottom right so it's not interfering with the stain. Just some ideas to play around with. Good luck!

I agree with Michelle on the wrinkles. I think it's the depth of them. Can you make it a wee flatter in appearance? Maybe bring up the opacity or somehow tone down the intensity of the wrinkles. I like the coffee stain.
