awesome. Only small crit is that the dotted lines aren't equal distance from the and. It may all be centered but I think it can be fudged to look more symmetrical.

Thanks, Stacey. I noticed that last night and actually adjusted it in the previous edit but I guess I need to move it over a little more... I think it's the slant of the d that's tricking the eye.
