Yes! It reminds me of looking out window at a cityscape during a storm, and I love the way it starts to swirl towards the lower left. A calming sense of movement.

Yes, the circle in the center creates movement. Really nice colors!

There's is definitely movement that I interpret as snow or a crowd of people. My eye is getting stuck in the the lower left corner though. For me there is too much contrast there and the shapes which are traveling in a circle get stuck. Also the movement is so close to bottom edge it's forcing my gaze there.

I see movement, but rather than move around the work, my eye is drawn straight to the dark, circular shape in the bottom left. Love the style and colors, though! The movement in the top part of the painting is particularly pleasing to me :)

Yes. Snowy or water. I agree the bottom left is a little heavy. Colors are great. Variety shape size is well balanced.

Very much...makes me think of surfacing through shoals of fish to reach the surface!

This painting has a many layers of movement...I see several "currents" moving through the piece. It is lovely.

Absolutely!! There is a counter-clock movement in the lower left where the largest whitish brushstrokes contrast in the area of the most darkest ground. This movement runs up the middle of the work as you have created by use of the blues and the isolated dark strokes a feeling of water and either shark fins or people's head as they are swimming upward. And as these fins/heads begin with the largest in direct center of the painting and get gradually smaller as the flow extends upward you have created much depth. I also get a sense of crowds of people that you suggest by the use of light colored "faces" capped or surrounded with dark colored hair. I also love the placement of the largest "open" area of the white surrounded with blue at the very top middle. I sense the head of some larger peaceful, angelic figure dominating all the smaller forms. Thanks for sharing this shows great balance in both simplicity and complexity.

Yes - there is beautiful movement in this! It would make a great series too, with various colours and variations. Best of luck to you!

I love this and the movement for me is a cross between closing in and reaching out.
