I chose A for this, but I really think they are different enough you could submit both.

I chose option A. There is something about the palette that I love. It feels more natural and works really well.

I like the color scheme and position of A the best. The position of A is a little unexpected and I think that adds interest to the image.

I love A. The color is bright but the combination of colors in A seems more soothing than B. I feel that A appears more balanced...maybe just color combination that is playing with my eyes.
