Hi Maija, For me on top as the darker strip is topmost and seems to end the note, just a thought think the last pale strip is so much lighter in the progression and the rule of threes. The darker ones seem more like a family to me. Love the stripes :-)

I wish that it went from light to dark, rather than dark to light at the edge of the paper. But perhaps that' s too expected.

Beautiful layout. I love the name under the stripes for most impact. Lovely.

I chose B. I feel like the lines on the top (in option A) make it feel really heavy.

I prefer B. I like this font, too.

A feels more cohesive and there's a nice flow from the stripes into the name.

A like B best. I think it emphasizes the focus on the name, and I like the bottom of your page.

I chose B, but I would move the name down another .25 to give it more air at the top. Love the stripes!

I like B the best - maybe try the font a bit smaller?

I love how you've done the watercolor bands ! As Minted aren't looking for kids stationery, I wonder if you need the lines below? I think it would look great without.

I love the texture and the color scheme of the design. It instantly reminds me about the ocean. As a variant it would be interesting to see the design with lighter lines below or as Jan suggested - without them.

Abby on Jul 24, 2015 at 10:26am

I like this design, but would prefer it without the lines. Is it possible to alter the font, as well? I'd prefer a simpler font. The watercolor bands are lovely.

Thank you all so much for the feedback! Based on you comments, I chose to take the lines out and change the font, creating a more clean and modern feel. Let me know what you think!
