Too simple?

Nope. I love the simplicity. I'm not even sure you need the green leaves. Embossed numbers would be a nice touch depending on how the print will be produced.

I like it, and I like that it's sort of like secret code...another option could be to remove the dots entirely so that the whole thing is a mysterious but incredibly meaningful collection of numbers.

I agree with the others, I like the simplicity and mystery. I think the leaves are optional but I like the color they bring. Perhaps one of the dates could be in color instead of the leaves? Just a thought!

Not too simple at all! I don't think there is enough simplicity available right now in the market, so for someone who enjoyed the meaningful nature of those dates, then it is perfect!

Maybe fill the white space a bit more with the design so it's not so empty.

I'm a graphic designer so I'm super picky about type treatments. The right side looks tilted to me and it's a bit distracting. Other than that I like it!

Simplicity is sometimes the right way to go, and in this instance I think you've done well. The thin font and simple leaf balance well against the white space.

Simple, but not too simple. I love it!

I like it. I think it's exactly the type of piece someone might be looking for to go with a collection of photos or on a gallery wall. It's important to have understated pieces in a collection. I love the leaf detail at the bottom too.
