I like B - the type seems less busy and stands out more. Maybe try moving the "announcing ..." part up just a smidge to match the spacing below it.

I chose B. I think the layered polka dots along with the layered type in option A becomes too busy. I prefer the cleaner type in B.

I'd love to see the text block move up just a hair to make it feel a little more balanced. Very sweet design!!

I like the spacing & fonts in B :) maybe thicken up the teal outline just a tad ;)
