Wow thanks for everyone's time and input. Based on all of that I have changed the colors of the text strip, reduced the point size and offer a more elegant version of green. What do you think - which color do you prefer?

Love this Jan! Very classic, and it's always hard to find nice masculine cards. Nice work!

Extremely clever and graphically gorgeous! It also targets a good (and overlooked) demographic! A winner!

A for me! I like the changes you've made with matching the colour bar behind the names to the background colour.

I'm liking B. Have you tried a version where the text in the orange frame is all the way at bottom? I'm thinking that since there's not orange at the top of the photo it might be better to just have the orange text box at the very bottom. You could also try a 2pt silver line across the top and bottom of the photo. Love the tartan and I think the frontage font looks good with the tartan!

Jan I'm liking A. Its regal, especially using picture of senior people. The other color ways would work nicely for options! Nice work Jan.

A for me! I'm not sure about the strip of lighter purple, where the names are. Wondering what it would look like if that was darker like the plaid background? I feel like I'd like this detail to be a bit more subtle and not compete with the foil details on top.

Love the deep colors in A. Definitely lets the text pop without too much competition from the pattern. I think the names can go down a point in size.

I like C. I also like Melissa's suggestion to drop the light green text box all the way to the bottom and increase the size (height wise) of the box to give your text some breathing room.

I don't mind the plaid background. What if you make merry xmas bigger, maybe two lines, move names at the bottom?

I like the clean lines of A reinforcing the plaid shape. I agree with Naomi on the foil. Maybe try a color?

Option A feels the most appropriate. The plaid needs to go darker or light if you keep the foil.
