B for me,the confetti seems redundant here,you don't need any fillers,they take away attention from your futuristic numbers.

gorgeous! I like them all so I'm not much help. I think I like the confetti a little bit more in A and C as it feels more festive but I'm also a sucker for the simplicity of B and D. I would buy any one of these
