OK, tried chartreuse but since the leaves are green, the flowers blended. Went with orange and pink instead but closer on the color wheel. Thought? Still struggling with color here I think!!

beautiful!! I love the illustration and the way the tiny flower at the top grows up towards the name.

I love your flower illustration. The colors are beautiful and the linework is exquisite and the text is just perfect.

I still have not been happy with my attempts at flowers but yours are cool. The only thing I'm not crazy about are the large green leaves though design/detail good. Have you tried eliminating one of them? Maybe shrink one? A little breathing room for the flowers? I don't know--they seem like too much to me but I'm just a rookie.

I'm loving the boldness and saturation! Can I suggest a muted chartreuse instead of the pink? Keeping the the palette more harmonious gives it a more grown up feel. Does that make sense?

Comments and suggestions are welcome (this is my firs crack at illustration)! I've been back and forth on colors...is this too ice cream sherberty? It kind of looks cool too just in black and white with a bold color background...so many choices! :)

Beautiful illustration! I'd be curious to see the colors changed up a bit- it might make all of the detail pop a little more...I wonder if you just filled a few petals here and there, or a few veins of a leaf- maybe even bringing some of the yellow into the illustration to tie the background to it? Just some thoughts- really pretty though! :)

i love all the small details. I would simply the color palette(something bold like laura suggested) and darken up the gray lines so we can appreciate the detail. I'm impressed that this is your first crack at illustration!
