B, for me, but I'd love to see it with a blue background, even really dark, like indigo.

B. I prefer the script font for the main wording, it makes it feel a little "windy." :-) I think the simple background works best with the signage below.

I think I will go with B. I don't believe your illustration needs the stars pattern in the background.
