Open to critiques. Does the humor come through? Font combinations OK? Too much empty space?

The humor definitely comes through! I love it! I am not sure how I feel about the font for the address. When you have it bigger in the design it's okay but when it is that small, it seems really squooshed.... I also wonder if you should just stick to 2 different fonts instead of 3 and the pop of red is what makes "At least one thing is new" to stand out instead of it being a different font too.. Idk maybe that's bad advice, haha. I do love the concept of this though! Very clever!
