I prefer B. The muted blue lets the photos pop more.

I actually prefer A. Looks more like a blueprint blue.

I think A is closer to the color of a blueprint. B seems too muted. Maybe a middle ground color between A&B? I might just suggest not making the dog blue to be consistent with the other photos.

Cute idea! I like the subtleness of B. Maybe you could make some of the type a little larger and have the "come to our maker party" go across the whole top.
