I like it but I wouldn't use black. Maybe same dark brown or dark green.

I think the bigger dots work better, and a black central background definitely works better for your theme. So my vote goes to A.

The small dots don't compete with the text as much as the big dots do.

I like Option B. On A, my focus is drawn to the large dots instead of the text, but on B I tend to be drawn more to the text. Either way, definitely black background.

Option C. Colors are soft, and light and remind me on kids. Gentil and i love it ! Lovingly, but it keeps your intentions ! Good luck !

I chose B. I think the hierarchy is the most clear here with the smaller dots not competing with the text.
