I like D. I prefer the zoomed out photo and something feels a little off with the border and the frame. Maybe if they were the same thickness?

I might enlarge the foil box and lessen the thickness. The guy photo is better than the girl. With the girl, you block the face too much. I'd do the gold border the same thickness as white border. Hope that helps. It's something different!
