I really like the way you arranged the photos, with the little hearts.... so cute! My thought is that you have a great minimalist design idea there but the frame / yellow bg doesn't seem to fit with it... it's competing with the structure of your internal design. I would remove it altogether and focus on the simplicity of your pictures / hearts on white... maybe use the doodle frame in another design (?) JMO! :-)

I agree that the shape and number of the square photos lends itself to a less organic card - I would make the photos bigger and lose the border and bachground yellow. Keep it white and modern. I would also order your four colored hearts to match the order above (totally nit-picky comment!). It's a very cute concept - good luck!
