absolutely gorgeous! i love the color choices and that there is so much going on with the hello, but it doesn't take anything away from the photo. in my opinion, it's perfect.

This is very pretty. I think with a few tweaks on the color for the name, it would stand out very well.

OK, I think this is closer to my original vision for this piece. I changed the name and info font and pushed hello up. I really want this design to come to fruition. It was adapted from one of my baby shower invites but feels closer to an announcement now.

This is really beautiful. I love the illustration and the typography. I will say, I didn't know what the word "hello" said until I read the comments below. Maybe if some of the lines were thickened up ever so slightly?

Yeah, good advice, I would also push up the "Hello" it seems too close from the babys head

The text is great and really easy to read now but I'm still not diggin the stroke on hello maybe try a light pink or green drop shadow or even if you just duplicate the hello and offset the path to be a touch larger then change it to maybe the peach color

Great Advice! I was thinking the same thing but had not figured out a solution. I am still not sure if this solves the issue but thank you for the comments.

I love this but I am finding it very hard to read your hello type as well as the babys name. Perhaps darken the photo or the text.

Hi Nicole this is a very pretty design ! But I give you my feeling: I would write "hello" or "hi" instead of " baby". Or the name of the baby. For the moment with the word "baby" your design is more suitable for a baby shower, but this is a birth announcement. What do u think?
