i like the white bg with the san-serif type for the names and the scrips in the copy of it. I'm also not sure you even need the green border.

I like A. The type on A, after the names the next six lines should have less leading to make a grouping the some space before the address. The place & address should be all the same typeface maybe script. Then move all your type away from the right border to give it more space on the right. The drawing is very nice.

Option A is most visually appealing to me. I like what you've done with his & hers names, with the ampersand in the background. Nice touch. I think you should leave the colored border, it adds to the theme of the image and holds it all together nicely.
