this is a slightly lower resolution file because of the detail in the artwork. i compressed, resampled, everything, but to get it under the limit, it had to be a little lower quality. the details in the tiles are crisper in the original.

Are you using AI? Or photoshop for your vector work?

Ai - then following the procedures to save it for web and transfer it into Photoshop. Got any ideas?

for clarity I save the final photoshop piece as save for web as a gif (probably for this type of work) or even as a png. I don't have much luck submitting jpegs on here- the quality just isn't there. I'm not sure what this format is, but just an idea of what works for me :)

I should have thought of gif. Thanks so much, now I know for next time! It's funny though, because all my others were jpg and I had no trouble. Huh. Thanks guys!
