I agree, the text at the bottom could be made a bit bolder, specifically the name and date line so it doesn't get lost in the hierarchy. Welcome!

I think option B will appeal to more people right now, kraft is very popular. You may want to play with the spacing of the text at the bottom and bold it up a bit. Nice job.

B. Both backgrounds work but I think the Kraft paper will be more popular. I suggest that you look at a few options make the customizable type more readable (bolder, larger, etc.).
