hi lauren, I like the changes you've made! I might try a heavier weight for the name or add a stroke to the strange love. I might kill the property of copy and make the band wider around the name to give it some presence. it feels a little tight in the space. you might consider eliminating the words around each object as well to keep the background clean.

Thanks, Carol! I think making the banner wider helps a lot. I appreciate all your feedback. :)

Great illustrations and clever photo placement. One suggestion - I think it'd make more sense to just have one name on the banner, since it's not likely that two people would use it...maybe just a first and middle or first and last name? Welcome to Minted and best of luck!!

One more suggestion, Lauren - have you tried this without the photo? It may appeal to even more customers without the photo. Just something to try. Best of luck!!!

Kim, I agree with both of your comments. This actually started out as a non-photo journal, so I'd still like to include another version without a photo. And, I initially thought one name would be better so I think your comment confirms that. :) Thanks for your input!

hi lauren, welcome to minted! love your illustrations and agree with Kim regarding maybe eliminating the photo. I also think I'd play around with the layout a bit more. maybe once you remove the kids, you can move the banner up across the tent and break up the space there? I feel like it's out of place at the bottom. or maybe the banner goes too, and the copy goes on the tent front? just tossing out some ideas.
