B is great. I like the look of all lowercase with the hand drawn look of the typeface. :)

Title case looks funny because of the curve of the text, so which header works better?

This is great, Beth! I might give a little more air between the bow and the line beneath (total nit pick!), but I think the concept and execution are perfect.

Cute! I like it. I would make the center circle of the wreath just a little smaller so the 100% doesn't look so crowded. It's the star of the card. :)

Fun idea! Grammatically speaking, if your header is in title case, I believe the words "a" and "of" should not be capitalized.

One more suggestion...that phrase about math may limit the appeal of the card to certain companies, it may appeal to all companies more if it said something like "numbers were not verified by our accounting department" or something? Just a thought.
