Is the blue too nontraditional?

The blue one makes the & too pronounced, this one feels more cohesive.

Love A. The texture really makes it feel pretty and special (made me stop and "ooo"). I don't think the blue is too non-traditional; Really like the palette, just think the white version has more impact.

A - The texture is interesting and the white seems to flow better. The blue background is great.

I really like A, the texture is great. And blue works well if your message isn't holiday-specific. :)

I like option B, it looks nice and smooth against the textured background. Nice changes!

I love the layout, it's really great looking. It might work even better if you scale it down a little. As far as the blue goes, I would play around with that more. For some reason olive green is coming to mind. Maybe you can just make the dark edges a little less prominent?

The blue is not too nontraditional, in fact it is nice, it looks like a casual blue jean color for the laid back look.

I don't mind the background color but I would rather see either the ampersand or the back lose the texture. One or the other. I think the back is great with the texture and would love to see the texture taken off of the ampersand. It would pop much more and be more striking without. But it might work the other way as well, with the texture in the ampersand but not the background. I think it is too much with both.
