comments from An-Lon:

This holiday photo card celebrates the magic of winter. Softly glowing pines set off a square photo and customizable message.

Thanks so much for the feedback, everyone! Especially the folks who were kind enough to comment on the snow.

C's photo with the red is the most festive. Not sure if I'm crazy about the snow along the bottom. Seems too soft for the design over all.

I like C. The pop of red really stands out with your border. Have you tried this one without the snow on the bottom? I think it detracts from the simplicity of your design.

I like the pop of red with C. I'm also wondering how it'd look without the snow at the bottom to simplify. Your trees are graceful, and the "with love" text is lovely... to keep those elements the focus what if you omitted the top greeting and made the photo opening arched to mimic the lines of the trees?

I like the photo in C but the dark navy background in A. I also agree about the snow at the bottom. The rest of your art is so delicate that the snow weighs it down.

Still playing with this! I'm still experimenting with colorways but comments about layout, composition, and typographic elements are very much appreciated.

the revisions look great. i think you could enlarge "cherish the season more and move it up a tad more as well.

your illustration is lovely. i think if you center seasons greetings in the upper white area it will be better balanced. also the hand lettering needs a little more breathing room below the photo.
