I'm not sure how many photos this would work with, but I think the multiple photo options are a little too much - too many heads sticking through or something!

B. Do you think that making the white more transparent would be nice? It might work nicely and give the photo more presence.

I think the one photo in B works best. And I agree that making the white a little more transparent would visually help.

Love the pattern and texture in A, but you really want to try to make the photo shine thru.
