Loving the changes you've made.. Maybe if you have time you can try one with your adorable illustrations at the top instead and make the text a few points smaller to give everything a little more room around each other. (Just a suggestion, you don't have to change anything if you don't want to.)

Leslie, your illustrations are adorable ... but I do think that you should try another option where your text is laid out differently (make it more interesting). I don't think you need the 'underlines' within your text since the customers information will be printed, not written in. If you do have time, maybe you can do another option and have a poll.

Very sweet illustrations. Love the range of pink. I agree with Oma in that it is worth exploring different type treatments! Maybe start by removing the underlines and then go from there! :)
