I think the contrast in Option B works best. Alternately, u might deepen the mint to make the white text pop a bit more.

I'm leaning towards A.... it has a great balance or color and layout. Either way, all are lovely!

I prefer option B - it's clean and simple, but elegant. There is nothing to be distracted by and the contrast between background color and text color is nice.

I voted A - I think the coloring here helps kind of guide the reader in a way that it doesn't in the others as much (at least for me).

Maybe you could change the words "Celebrate" "to" "the" "of" to the blue color that the cross, heart and berries are. LEAVE BAPTISM WHITE THOUGH! It is slightly hard on the eyes to read all of that text, because it is so light and blends together so well. It is just the nature of that font. If you accented all of the other words besides BAPTISM is would be more legible but also highlight the word BAPTISM. It would draw the eye in a little more and ease the process of reading for those with reading problems or eye sight problems. Really love this though!!!
