I really think both are wonderful - to choose however I think for this purpose, B. The blues are so sweet baby boy.

A for me - have you thought about a different die cut for A? I think the scallops are really nice on the blue one, but A seems a little more serious. Maybe one with more straight edges and just corner treatment?
